Where do you operate? Where do you provide your services?

We provide our house clearance, office clearance, waste disposal and other services across Maidstone and the surrounding areas.

What will you do with my rubbish?

We do our up most to reuse and recycle as much from your rubbish and unwanted goods as possible.We use a range of charities and good causes for resale.The remaining waste is broken down and taken to specialised recycling centres. We aim to: recycle 80+% of your items. Usually only 10-20% of your waste actually goes to landfill.

What items do you clear, dispose of and recycle?

We can clear the following items: Furniture, Bulky items and Pianos; WEEE (Computers, Printers etc); White Goods; Metals; Bric ‘a’ Brac; General Rubbish; Televisions; Sofas; Green Waste and Garden Refuse; and Builders Rubble and D.I.Y Rip Out.
We however can not clear these items: Hazardous, Radioactive Chemicals and Materials; Gas Canisters and Flammable Liquids; and Asbestos.

What is WEEE?

WEEE stands for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment. It is a Government Directive which states that everyone has a reponsibilty to dispose of electrical and electronic equipmentin the correct and in a safe manner. Additionally, the Directive also seeks to promote the policy of reduce, reuse and recycle.

We offer a full range of household and domestic clearance services including house clearances,flat clearances,garage clearances,garden clearances and rubbish clearances.

What items can you clear?

We can clear most types of items including furniture; electrical equipment; fixtures and fittings; rubbish and waste; and general clutter. Let us know what you need clearing for a more accurate quote.

Roofing / Flooring – tiles, asphalt, carpet, wood, flooring

Type of things we can not remove

Certain Hazardous Materials, paint cans, noxious chemicals, solvents, motor oils, petrol cans, asbestos, vehicle batteries, raw meat and fish, medical or biological waste (including faeces), or any toxic substances.

Do I have to be at the property to have the job done?

Not always. Provided we can access the junk from the road and we have your card details beforehand, we will call you once on site with an exact quote and then process your card payment remotely on completion. Equally, account customers often arrange for collections to occur without someone on site, and we simply invoice you following completion of the job.

Can you get rid of … ?

Of course we can. We charge by the van load, we are often cheaper than our competitors, our customers come first and we are prompt. Need you look any further?

Does your company recycle?

We offer all of our services at very reasonable and competitive prices already. However we may be able to offer discounts under certain circumstances or we may be running a special offer that would be relevant to your requirements.
